Elective Activity Specialist Counsellor (Residential) - Crieff only

The Elective Activity Specialist role is one of the most exciting positions at Camp Cooper! As an Activity Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the action — bringing our electives and cabin group activities to life and helping campers dive into experiences that are fun, creative, meaningful, and truly unforgettable.

You’ll design and lead activities that spark curiosity, build confidence, inspire teamwork, and create those magical camp moments that campers remember for years. Whether you’re teaching new skills, guiding group challenges, or cheering on a camper trying something brave for the first time, you’ll play a huge role in shaping their summer.

As an Activity Specialist, you don’t just run activities — you become a mentor, cheerleader, role model, and source of encouragement. It’s a chance to make a real impact on young people while having a ton of fun yourself.

This role is especially fantastic for anyone interested in teaching or youth development, as you’ll gain hands-on experience planning sessions, leading groups, and teaching your chosen activities every day.

If you love creativity, energy, teamwork, and helping campers shine — this is the perfect role for you!
