Application Process

For New Staff Applications:

Please fill out our  Online Written Application (Please note, that this will take approximately 40 minutes)

Please do not use Chat GPT or similar AI software for your application. We have already put the questions through AI software and we will reject any applications that we suspect have been AI-assisted. Please note, we are looking for applications with lots of personality & fun so please have a good think about how you are answering the questions. 

Important: After you apply, if you haven't received a reply within 1 week, please check your junk/spam email folder

Assessment Process

Staff who pass the staff application screening process will be invited to one of our group assessments. Please note, we make job offers after each staff assessment so we recommend attending the earliest assessment possible.

Assessment Information

You will need some teambuilding / get-to-know-you games ready to facilitate with fellow applicants and a short, 5-minute presentation on the elective of your choice (full details will be shared upon assessment invite).

Video Interview: If you successfully pass the staff assessment, you will be invited for a video Interview (approximately 30 mins - 1 hour)

Returning Staff Applications:

Step 1: Please fill out our Online Written Application 

Step 2: Zoom Interview (this will be approximately 40 mins - 1 hour)

International Applicants

Unfortunately, we are not set up to hire staff who do not currently have the legal right to work in the UK (i.e. you have a British passport or a UK work visa). We are unable to assist with visa applications.

If you are eligible to work in the UK and live abroad and if you have a strong application, we may offer you video interviews as an alternative to attending our in-person assessments.
